Eligibility to Use berbd

Access to and use of the berbd platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions set out below.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering on berbd.
2. You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the full features of berbd, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing management of your account.

1. Each person may register only one account on berbd. Creating or operating multiple accounts, including accounts held by different members of the same household using the same device or IP address, is prohibited and may result in suspension.
2. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. berbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction.
3. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. berbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details confidential.
4. You must notify berbd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. berbd may take protective action on your account pending investigation.
5. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to access or operate your berbd account. Account ownership is non-transferable.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the berbd platform. berbd supports payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. berbd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name or mobile number.
2. Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the results of any applicable security review. berbd aims to process withdrawals within the same session where circumstances allow.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the normal user experience.
2. Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities on the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will not be paid out.
3. Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity. berbd complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, including through chip dumping, match fixing or any coordinated wagering strategy designed to defraud berbd or other players.
5. Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, deposit to your account or withdraw from your account.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the berbd platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface design, promotional materials and the berbd brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of berbd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit or exploit any content from the berbd platform without the prior express written consent of berbd. Unauthorised use of any berbd intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, berbd excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform. The following specific exclusions apply.

1. berbd is not liable for any loss of funds, winnings or account balance arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
2. berbd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if berbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Nothing in these Terms limits berbd's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

berbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action.

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited activities, multiple account creation, provision of false registration information, or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
2. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
3. Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus-only balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification requirements.

Privacy and Data Protection
